Marjorie Pierre has attended St. Esprit since 2001 and has served on the Vestry since 2005. She is a native Creole and French speaker from Haiti. She has three children, two boys and a girl. For her and her children, St. Esprit is a second home. After many years in the health insurance business, she enrolled in a medical degree program at Long Island University, and received her nursing license in 2006. Marjorie loves to be involved in community outreach, to organize and plan social events, and to coordinate volunteer helpers for special church events, and heads up the church Receptions. She also serves as a chalice bearer on Sundays and assists with preparing the altar. Go back
