Tricia Stephens began attending St. Esprit in 2004 and joined the Vestry in 2007. She is a social worker by profession, with a specialization in post-traumatic stress disorder. Originally from Spanish Town , Jamaica , she has lived in New York since 1998. She attended university in Miami , FL and NYU and studied Psychology and Clinical Social Work. Tricia has been active in linking the St. Esprit congregation to the Sojourners program offered through Riverside Church , and regularly visits immigrant detainees at a detention centre in Elizabeth , New Jersey . Tricia has also performed with the Little French Church Players, the St. Esprit chorale and brought a free immigration forum to St. Esprit in 2006. She has also been a vital link for social services to several members of the St. Esprit community. She loves the community she has found at St. Esprit and is happy to join the vestry. Go back
